Our Tours

- San Pedro Martir
- La Lobera
- Mision Santo Domingo
- Any Other place (we are open to suggestions)
SAN PEDRO MARTIR.
The San Pedro Martir National Park is located approximately 240.9 kilometers toward southwest of Ensenada. In 1947, this forest area was declared a National Park, and in 1951, the park was included in Mexico’s System of Protected Natural Acres. Because of its the extraordinary beauty and uncommon natural attributes, the San Pedro Martir National Park is considered an ecological and harmonious community that it is preserved intact. Because the area is considered a natural sanctuary for wild life, electricity, telephone service and other urban comforts and services are NOT available. At the end of the dirt road, and in the highest part of the park at 2,800 meters over sea level, the National Astronomic Observatory is located, operated by U.N.A.M.(The National University of Mexico), to observe and study stars and planets.
LA LOBERA.
One of the unique eco-attractions near Playa del Socorro is a collapsed sea cave known as La Lobera, a sea lion haunt, one of its kind to be on this side of the coast, 3 miles from Highway 1, since sea lions mostly make their home on the small islands on the periphery of the Baja peninsula and Sea of Cortez.
The Seal Conservation Society considers unreliable the estimates made of the seal population in the western Baja California region. Previous estimates had reported 74,000 seals in the Baja coast.
MISION DE SANTO DOMINGO.
The Mision de Santo Domingo de la Frontera was discovered during the Franciscan expeditions in 1771, and is located 103 Km. northeast of Nuestra Señora del Rosario mission, and was explored during 1775 by the Dominicans Manuel Garcia and Miguel Hidalgo who were founders of this mission on August 30 of that same year. Originally founded just 30 Km. from San Quintin bay, at the edge of Peña Colorada, and was afterwards relocated just 3 kilometers north, in Santo Domingo canyon , a plain that emerged between 2 canyons, right next to the Santo Domingo stream. It was there were the chapel, small rooms, the barn; kitchen and the carpenter and builders shops were constructed. This relocation took place in the year of 1793 due to the fact that there were more natural resources like water and wood.
The mission once had a population of 257, but a raising death toll due to epidemics, took its tool and began its demographic decay in 1796. Two years later, the San Telmo mission was founded. Built to suit as backup to the Mision de Santo Domingo, in 1839 the mission was mysteriously abandoned for no apparent reason. Now a days you can still observe important ruins of this misional site. There are still some remains of old adobe walls that are still standing, you can even view the chapel were original ornamental saints from different missions of Baja California dating back to the early 1800’s were safeguarded. Located 260 km. south of the city of Tijuana, 180 kms south of the city of Ensenada and 20 km. north of San Quintin, by the transpeninsular federal highway No.1, you’ll find the town of Santo Domingo.

About Camalu
Camalu in Baja is an exposed reef and point break that has reliable surf and can work at any time of the year. Works best in offshore winds from the northeast. Most of the surf here comes from groundswells and the best swell direction is from the west. A right hand reef rarely crowded here. Submerged rocks are a hazard.
In Camalu one can relax on the beach and play in the warm surf. Surfing, dune buggy riding, sailing, world class fishing, clamming and crabbing are all popular activities in the area.
Water temperatures range from lows nearing 10°C (50°F) to highs approaching 21°C (70°F).[1] 3mm/2mm wetsuits are recommended for surfing on all but the warmest of days.
The main town is on Federal Highway 1, 175 km south of Tijuana. Drive time is about 2 hours south of Ensenada. For about 60 km (40 miles), from Colonet to El Rosario you can see the ocean from the highway. There is almost no development in this area but it may change in the near future. For five years, plans have been progressing for a major port in Colonet, with rail access to Yuma, Arizona, in the United States.
